Museum

The whole site is effectively a ‘living’ museum comprising of heritage buildings, rolling stock and historical displays. The museum displays are housed in what was once the parcels office and also within several of the historic railway wagons. There is also a small cinema within a wagon where visitors can take a seat, select a theme and learn more about the Somerset and Dorset Railway and its ongoing restoration.
