Unloading the S&DJR dray
DATE POSTED: 26 Jul 2023Today we were pleased to be able to unload the S&DJR dray (or more correctly in the horse world "trolley") which arrived from Washford in the CCT. A scaffolding platform was built next to the down platform to allow it to be rolled out forwards and it was then lifted on to the platform. In the absence of a suitable horse, it was trundled by manpower along the down platform and over to the "Perkins" building.
