Testing the Wickham Trolley
DATE POSTED: 16 Jul 2025The Wickham Trolley began a programme of engine-tuning, brake testing and driver training. A similar trolley – used for carrying track inspection personnel – was based at the station until its closure, but this 1959 model came to Shillingstone in 2023, on long-term loan.
