Riverside car park opens

If you are visiting North Dorset Railway our new main car park is now open at Haywards Lane/Bere Marsh. At the northern edge of Shillingstone village follow the signs to turn off the A357 towards Child Okeford, pass under the railway bridge and it's on the right hand side. You'll see the white fence just past the entrance to the CRT Bere Marsh Farm DT11 0QY. The station is a 5 minute walk along the trailway where you will be able to see our track extension in progress.

For those with limited mobility, or for drop off and pick up, there is a small car park at the station yard reached via Station Road DT11 0SA. We are open 10am - 4pm on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. (The car park is locked 20 mins after the station closes). The car park is free of charge.
