Operational Railway Planning Permission granted
DATE POSTED: 11 Aug 2025Dorset Council granted NDR planning permission to change from being a museum to becoming an operational railway. It’s a major first step towards carrying passengers, but there’s a lot still to do! Quite rightly, we’ll have to convince the Office of Road and Rail (ORR) that we can operate safely. It takes time, but we’re confident of a positive outcome.
