Fathers’ Day Bookings

Bookings are now being taken for a special Fathers’ Day Ploughman’s Lunch at Shillingstone Station, just for dads and their families, on 21st June at 2.00pm.

There’ll be a choice of either ham or cheese (two sorts), with all the traditional accompaniments of crusty bread, assorted pickles, sliced apple and grapes, for £10.00 per person. 

Dad’s vegan?  No problem, there’s a vegan alternative for £12.00.  Just let the cafe know when you book whether ham, cheese or the vegan option is preferred. 

Or if Dad has a sweet tooth, treat him to two home-made scones, clotted cream and jam, just £8.00 per person.  

All proceeds from Father’s Day lunch will go towards the maintenance and ongoing development of North Dorset Railway.  It’s come a long way since it was ‘closed’ but there is much still to do, and the station has big plans for the future.
