Annual General Meeting 2023

The Annual General Meeting of the North Dorset railway was held at 10.00am on Sunday 21st May 2023 at Durweston Village Hall. 42 members and one non member (acting as a proxy) attended. The minutes of the meeting will be made available to volunteers in their area of the website. Thereafter, they will be made available to all members.

Elections were held for the post of Secretary and for three General Trustees. The results were as follows:

Gavin Collins was elected unopposed as Secretary. Confirmatory votes: For: 65.  Against: 2 

General Trustee (3 vacancies)
